Highly processed vegetable and seed oils have become the norm in our kitchen cabinets over the past 10 years or so. 

Some are vegetable, canola, cottonseed and sunflower oils.  

These oils are high in inflammation promoting Omega-6 fats and highly processed.  

A high omega-6 to omega-3 fat ratio promotes inflammation and has been linked to chronic diseases such as heart disease and cancer. 

Swap them out for healthier alternatives such as coconut oil, avocado oil and extra virgin olive oil.
