Healthy Eating Tips Or Myths?


MSN reported that "bananas are fattening" is a food myth.

Bananas are fattening?

How did this become a myth in the first place?  A person does not become obese by eating an abundance of fruits every day.

Have you heard this myth before?  We're all exposed to other crazy food myths that might lead us in the wrong direction away from healthy weight loss.  So which ones stick out in your mind?

 

Oh, and in case you were avoiding bananas, this myth is FALSE.
