Effective Ingredients Don't Always Fit Into Healthy Weight Loss Diets |
The ingredients that science has shown to be effective in healthy weight loss diets can be consumed through real food and drinks. The problem is the quantities that you would need to consume to reach the therapeutic level. To achieve healthy weight loss potential, it would equate to 9-10 cups of coffee, 7-9 cups of green tea, and 1-5 grams of cayenne pepper. These would have to be consumed relatively close to each other and not spread out over the course of the day. So yes, it could be done, but I don’t know that you would want to try it. Your stomach and digestive system may not appreciate your new healthy weight loss diet!
