Wouldn’t It Be Nice To Have Healthy Eating Guidelines?

 Most of us would genuinely like to have a healthy diet, but we walk into the store and not only are we bombarded with an infinity of signs telling us everything except the chocolate filled pies are healthy, but every bit of information about what we should eat contradicts every other bit.  Finding healthy eating guidelines can be a tricky business.

Part of the problem is that the labels and articles are all generic.  They are meant to cover the widest range of people or product at once.

Eating healthy is much more specific.  Different people have widely variant dietary needs.  Even two people on the same diet and exercise program are not going to see the same results if they eat exactly the same thing.  This is really unfair when you’re the person who isn’t losing weight, but it's true.

Healthy eating guidelines will tell you what your caloric needs are depending on how much you weigh and how much you’re working out among other things.  Your age, how long it’s been since you worked out, whether you’re in the process of stepping up your program or recovering from an injury, all of these things will impact what you need to eat and how much.

Wouldn’t it be great if along with these guidelines, you could get products like meal replacement shakes, vitamins, and healthy snacks that were natural and helped you apply these guidelines in your daily life?  They can and do.
