Make Healthy Eating Habits Instead of Addictions




When you are allowed to eat junk food or fatty foods whenever you want you can actually create an addiction, which is worse than non healthy eating habits.  When consuming these foods frequently, levels of a certain dopamine receptor in your brain drops.  This is the same pattern observed in human drug addicts.

There is more research to be done on humans regarding this, but just think for a minute that you are potentially creating your own addiction from your diet plans.  The easiest way to prevent this is to get the junk out of your house.  Don’t give yourself the opportunity to endlessly eat junk foods.   Clean out your pantry and refrigerator of the junk and break this potential addiction right now.

Getting into these healthy eating habits will benefit your body and your mind.
