Stoke Your Healthy Weight Loss Diet Furnace

For those looking to have quick weight loss, they follow healthy weight loss diets with the intention of burning a lot of calories and fat.  This is the thermogenic effect of your body working faster at a hotter temperature to burn more calories than normal.

There is one unique food that burns off belly fat and stokes your thermogenic furnace.

It is called peppers.

A Dutch study concluded that capsaicin, the ingredient in peppers, can encourage thermogenesis and burn more calories.  To maximize this thermogenic effect, it is best to eat chili peppers.  The more capsaicin in the peppers the greater the benefit for thermogenic effect.

If you can handle the consumption of real chili peppers, that is great, but the problem is that you have to consume a consistent large quantity once or twice a day.  Most people can not handle that amount of capsaicin through real food.
