Healthy Weight Loss Tips About Fruit and Your Diet


Here's a healthy weight loss tip that clarifies a viewer's question about fruit:


Question:

"How much fruit should I be eating a day if fat loss is my goal?  One nutritionist told me to limit to 2 fruits a day because of the sugar content in fruits.  Another told me not to worry about the sugar content and to eat around 5 fruits a day. I'm confused."

Answer:

A healthy diet plan of 3-5 servings per day is what I recommend.  If you are eating properly throughout the entire day you don’t need to worry about too much sugar consumption or fructose consumption.  They won’t be a factor in whether or not you lose weight.
