Replace Butter In Your Healthy Eating Plans

 

This tip comes from April and she uses coconut oil as an alternative to butter in her healthy eating plans. This medium chain triglyceride has a high heat threshold, contains EFA (essential fatty acids) and helps burn fat. She puts it on whole grain bread and it tastes just like butter. You can try it with a little sugar free jam, on a bran muffin, with cinnamon and stevia/xylitol or with garlic and basil.  Transform your healthy eating plans with coconut oil.
