Don't Let Cortisol Stand In the Way of Healthy Weight Loss


This healthy weight loss tip covers stress and cortisol levels.

An easy way to defeat elevated cortisol levels and keep stress under control is to exercise.  More importantly, strength training types of exercise are the best choice.  Make it a habit to exercise a minimum of 3 days a week for 30 to 60 minutes each workout.

This helps to regulate your cortisol levels and prevent them from becoming elevated, so that fat storage is not triggered and healthy weight loss can continue.
