Here is a healthy weight loss tip that is very easy to follow.  To keep yourself from eating everything in sight at a party, simply eat before you go.  You might be thinking to yourself "That won't work" or "I'll want to eat if everyone else is".  The fact is, it does work.  Eating before going to the party will make you full and you won't have cravings.

To help yourself even more by ensuring you will follow your healthy eating plans, make 1 or 2 healthy dishes to take to the party.  You will be able to fit in with everyone else and enjoy a delicious healthy snack that you love.
