Fiber Can Help A Healthy Weight Loss Diet

There is fiber that exists that essentially has no calories.  That is insoluble fiber.  Soluble fiber, however, contains calories just like any other carbohydrate molecule (4 calories / 1 gram).  The healthy eating guidelines pertaining to fiber suggest a higher consumption of it.  Afterall, many studies have shown that successful healthy weight loss diets include fiber.  Just one example of a healthy weight loss tip is that foods rich in fiber take longer to chew, so your body will tell you that you're full sooner.
