Add Vegetables and Fruits To Your Healthy Eating Habits to Stop Counting Calories

Learn how to easily incorporate healthy eating habits from this viewer's question...

Q:  How do I break myself of the dreaded counting calories for weight loss method?

A:  Have at least one fruit and veggie at every meal.

Fruits and vegetables are high in fiber, which wards off hunger.  Shoot for 7-9 servings daily.  Eat a salad at lunch and include a side of vegetables at dinner and you have met your daily servings.  You could also eat some vegetables at your snacks.  This will allow you to control your caloric intake without having to count calories.  And healthy eating habits are always good to pick up.
