Follow Your Healthy Eating Plans By Eliminating Snacking During Meal Preps

Snacking and nibbling on the foods that you are cooking while preparing meals from your healthy eating plan can be a significant source of unaccounted for calories. Let’s say you are making a stir fry with vegetables, beef and cashews. You subconsciously snack on a couple cashews while preparing the meal, a small handful while adding them to the dish, and next thing you know you’ve had 200-300 unaccounted calories.

It is that easy to add hundreds of calories to your daily consumption, especially if you do this a couple of times a day.  So make sure you eliminate the nibbling when preparing meals.  If you have to nibble on something why not make it some raw vegetables that are very low in calories and won't ruin your healthy eating plans.
