This fat fighting tip comes from one of our viewers who has found a healthy snack food.  This is what she eats to satisfy the crunchy craving she seeks.  She puts some organic peanut butter or almond butter on celery, making a crunchy and satisfying taste to snack on when watching TV.  She mentions that this is a much healthier option than what she used to eat (chips, popcorn, ice cream).  I would agree.
