Night Owls Are Susceptible to Failed Healthy Weight Loss Diets



Healthy weight loss diets are the hardest to keep in place if you are up in the middle of the night.  Did you know that you gain an average of 13.6 pounds in 3.5 years if you consume 15% percent of your daily calories between 11PM and 5AM?  So if you are one of those night owls make sure you steer clear of the refrigerator or pantry at night to prevent unnecessary weight gain and can continue to follow a healthy weight loss diet.
