The Benefits of Nighttime Healthy Eating Plans

 

There are healthy eating plans that help you sleep better, which in turn allows for healthy weight loss.

Foods to avoid before you go to bed:

  • Highly refined sugar
  • Spicy, greasy or heavy foods
  • Caffeine-containing foods such as chocolate or energy drinks
  • Alcohol
