	When you get together with your friends for the big game or other events, high-fat and high-calorie food and drinks are probably part of the party.  Believe it or not, there are ways to continue your healthy eating habits at these parties. 
	Simply make 1 or 2 of your favorite healthy food snacks and take them with you.  This way, you can munch on the healthy options.  You can even enjoy 1 or 2 of your favorite high-calorie beverages, but stop there.
