Here's a quick weight loss tip about menus:  You can’t always trust the calorie numbers you see on menus.  Tufts University tested 15 meals and 14 individual items from various restaurants and found that on average the calories were 18% higher than what the menu stated.  What was also concerning was that some meals had 36% fewer calories than what the restaurant reported and others had 200% more calories.
