Slow Down And Enjoy Your Healthy Eating Plans

 

 

Did you know your body can take up to 25 minutes to get the signal that you're already full?  That's why it is important to slow down your eating and give your body time to recognize what you are doing.  In fact, researchers at Louisiana State University found that calorie intake goes down by 10% when people consciously slow themselves down while eating.

Here are some quick weight loss tips to help you eat slower: schedule lunches with friends or co-workers, make sure your family sits down and eats dinner together at night, and let yourself get into good conversations over meals.
