| Satisfy Your Sweet Craving With This Healthy Food Snack |

	We all get snack attacks and start looking for the sweet, not-so-good-for-you foods.  You might like to know that researchers at San Diego State University conducted a study that had female volunteers eat 12 dried plums one day and low-fat cookies with the same calorie level as the plums on another day.  They said they felt significantly less hungry two hours after eating the fruit.
