Tips for Healthy Eating with Glucomannan

Here are some tips for healthy eating with fiber:

Sprinkle glucomannan powder onto food.

Dissolve glucomannan in water and drink before a meal.

Use glucomannan pasta in your favorite pasta dish.


Why are you learning all the different ways glucomannan can be used in healthy eating plans?  Because it is so beneficial to your health that you should try to incorporate it as often as possible.

Glucomannan is a carb-free fiber that has been extracted from the konjac plant.

It provides such healthful benefits as improved HDL cholesterol levels, enhanced healthy weight loss, and increased insulin sensitivity.  This last factor is important because higher insulin sensitivity means your body will use carbohydrates as energy instead of storing them as fat.

Mixing glucomannan with water lets you easily consume more fiber in order to feel full and satisfied, reducing the amount of food you eat at meals.

The University of Connecticut performed a study in which two groups of participants each supplemented healthy eating plans with glucomannan and only one of the groups added strength training and cardio exercises.  Both groups achieved significant weight loss.

These tips for healthy eating are important because the right fiber must be consumed in order to achieve the most effective results.
