A Scale Isn't the Only Tool To Verify Your Healthy Weight Loss



The scale is the most popular way of measuring the success of your healthy diet plans, but it can easily be skewed.  Other methods besides the scale that work very well are to use skinfold calipers to measure bodyfat, take circumference measurements, or take pictures.  Don’t just rely on the scale to measure your success.  Use all of the methods I just mentioned to track and to get an accurate analysis of your healthy weight loss successes or failures.
