Include Tuna In Your Healthy Weight Loss Diet

When people think of healthy eating guidelines, they tend to shy away from tuna, thinking it won't help them lose fat.  However, the opposite is true.  Tuna contains protein and Omega 3 fats, which are included in healthy weight loss diets to increase fat-burning.

If you usually eat tuna with mayonnaise, which is high in fat, here is a healthy eating tip for you to try.  Make tuna salad with reduced fat Greek yogurt.  Adding a chopped hard boiled egg provides even more Omega 3 fats and protein.  Then throw in some celery for crunch with low carbs.
