Nutrition Quickie:  My Favorite Snack...

I am Registered Dietitian Jayson Hunter and here is your Nutrition Quickie for today.  Apply it and strengthen your nutritional foundation with multiple Quickies like this.


It is called Turkey roll-ups.  

It is a delicious high protein healthy snack made up of turkey, cream cheese and vegetables.  

This is a great snack to help control hunger and appetite. 

Take 3-4 turkey breast slices and put spread 1 tsp of cream cheese on each slice.  Then please a cucumber slice, tomato slice or bean sprouts on top.  

Then roll up each slice and enjoy 5 gms of protein per roll-up.
