Multiple Sources of Omega 3 Fats

Question:  "Are there other forms of fish that I can eat besides salmon to get in my omega 3 fats?"

Answer:  Salmon is a great source of omega 3 fats, but yes there are other forms of fish that deliver fat fighting omega 3 fatty acids.  There is arctic char, herring, rainbow trout, and Alaskan black cod just to name a few.  You can also get in your omega 3s by consuming quality omega 3 supplements such as Prograde’s EFA Icon if fish just isn’t your thing no matter what type of fish it is.  Essential fatty acids supplements are a great way to ensure you're consuming enough omega 3 fats.
