Recommendations on Nutrition for Women and Men Can Change

 

 

If you want to know the best advice on nutrition for men and women, you must keep up with all the changes.  There has been a lot of scientific effort lately towards examining Vitamin D and its potential health benefits.  Right now for adults the RDA is 400IU per day.  There will be a paper released soon with a summary of all the studies up to this point and you will most likely see a proposal to increase the RDA of Vitamin D to 2000IU per day, or maybe higher.  So keep a look out for this and I will let you know when I see it as well.

One thing to take note of when consuming Vitamin D is that you are consuming it in the Vitamin D3 form and not D2.  This is very important in regards to quality and effectiveness for the best nutrition for women and men.
