Find Viable One A Day Women’s Vitamins

Let’s face it, being a woman isn’t always easy.  In order to be able to carry on the species, we get saddled with exciting hormones that can do "interesting" things to our bodies.  What we really need are one a day women’s vitamins that enable us to feel like we want to.

That is, we want to be strong, healthy, and energetic.  We’d like to be able to get enough sleep so that we can remain alert during the day and so that the nasty fat-building chemicals don’t start having a party in our systems.  It isn’t just vanity to want clear skin and strong nails--how many times on a given day would really strong finger nails come in handy?  I know, you don’t have that many fingers.

This kind of one a day women’s vitamin isn’t always easy to come by.  We can get a lot of similar benefits by taking pre-natal vitamins, but aside from the expense, they don’t cover everything and sometimes lead to overloads in a system that isn’t working for two, not to mention all the awkward questions.

It may be possible to eventually pull together a vitamin regimen that covers everything from balancing mood to strengthening bones, but we wind up spending a ton of money and taking a lot of pills, and then some antacid to calm our stomachs.  And we still aren’t sure everything in what we’re taking is natural or there in the concentrations claimed.


What we really need is a one a day women’s vitamin that covers all our needs, is made from natural products, and contains what it says it does.

A whole food multi-vitamin is the best choice for you.  Look for women's one a day multi-vitamin that is from whole food based sources.  Some research is now showing that some individuals may have problems digesting and utilizing synthetic vitamins and minerals.  The main reason or theory behind this is that your body is not used to digesting and absorbing this type or form of vitamin and mineral.

Your body is used to absorbing natural forms of vitamins and minerals so why not give it what it is used to digesting and absorbing.  Of course you should be consuming plenty of fruits and vegetables each and every day to get in these vitamins and minerals. 

The reality is that to get in all the necessary nutrients you would have to eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables each and every day for 365 days a year.  The alternative is to eat as many as you can as well as variety of colorful fruits and vegetables, but then to complete your nutritional foundation supplement with a whole food based multi-vitamin.

No one is expected to be perfect with their nutrition and different stressors in life can require more of 1 nutrient than another so find a good whole food based multi-vitamin to cover your nutritional foundation.
