Do This And Burn 2 X The Belly FAT (simple plan)
Are you a clean eater?
No, I don’t mean do you use a napkin, but do you eat, like the experts say, “clean”?
Clean eating refers to eating whole foods that are minimally processed or not processed at all.
And, this type of diet eliminates junk food, fried foods, refined and processed foods, and packaged foods.
The purpose of this type of diet is to maintain optimal health by eliminating as much junk as possible from your diet and your body.
It is not about losing weight (but this is a plus side) or gaining weight per se, but more about improving the health of the cells and organs in your body.
Therefore, eating a clean diet – or adopting a clean eating lifestyle - should be more about improving your health and longevity instead of the more cosmetic convenience of losing that ugly belly fat.
But is it the best plan out there?
Clean Eating and Your Health
Now, clean eating involves eating a wide range of wild-picked fruits and vegetables, meat from local farms, and grains as close to their natural source as possible.
Now, as you know, including fruits and vegetables into your diet could boost your health by increasing the amount of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and other helpful nutrients that may boost your body’s natural defense systems.
Plus, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables has been shown to reduce weight and help in weight maintenance.
And this could lead to a lower risk for weight-related chronic diseases such as diabetes, insulin resistance, some cancers, and heart disease.
How could you go wrong with that?
You simply can’t!
Now, the health implications for eating unrefined grains – like quinoa for example – may be very important to understand.
Unrefined grains are a great source of fiber, which studies suggest, may lead to improvements in heart health by lowering blood pressure, total cholesterol, and LDL cholesterol.
Plus, these types of grains may also help reduce your intake of salty and sugary foods, therefore adding tremendous benefit to your overall cellular health, and potentially maintaining healthy blood sugar levels.
Now, “true” clean eaters eat NO processed foods – even minimally processed foods like meat, grains, and bagged greens found at the supermarket.
However, not everyone can eat like that!
Most people who like to adopt a cleaner way of eating tend to consume more fruits and vegetables, but will not hesitate to include minimally processed foods like frozen berries, greens, and vegetables, and meats that have been minimally processed.
So clean eating is all about lifestyle – a healthier one – that may lead to a reduction in many different diseases and ailments.
Can Anyone Do It?
One of the biggest questions would be: is clean eating for me?
And of course, that is an individual decision and one that should be thought about long and hard, and discussed with your health care provider first before implementing such a lifestyle.
Although this type of lifestyle does promote the use of whole grains, freshly picked fruits and vegetables, lean grass-fed meats, and unrefined grains, it may be contraindicated from some people with gluten allergies or other health conditions.
However, for those who are free from chronic diseases, allergies, or other health issues, adopting a clean eating lifestyle may lead to better health, a reduced risk for chronic diseases, clearer skin, and best of all, a fatter wallet!
Secondary side effects, besides better health, may actually be weight loss (or gain if that’s what you’re after), which could further lessen your chronic disease risk.
The Clean Life
If you’re looking for a way to get healthier, then clean eating may be for you!
Clean eating – which is eliminating junk food, processed foods, and fast food - focuses its efforts on more whole foods like fruits, vegetables, unrefined grains, and lean grass-fed beef.
It may be a great way to get healthier, lessen your risk for weight-related chronic diseases (diabetes, cancer, heart disease, etc.), and potential other health ailments that could bog you down throughout life (arthritis, Alzheimer’s, dementia, etc.).
So for your health – and the health of everyone around you – implementing the clean lifestyle may not only improve your health, but it may save your life in the long term!
