Three Ordinary Cooking Spices That Burn LOTS Of Belly Flab

By Kevin DiDonato MS, CSCS, CES

So, you’re sick of eating salads every day for lunch and dinner.

You really want to sink your teeth into something yummy, but you’re worried about the guilt that will follow.

Well, don’t be!  Here are THREE ways to spice up your meals – all while keeping them healthy and keeping your fat burning intact.

Threee Spices that Burn Fat

Your kitchen should be your sanctuary.

This is really where abs are made!  You can exercise all day long, but if you’re not feeding your body the right foods – in the right combinations and time – then you should basically kiss that workout goodbye.

You simply can’t out exercise a bad diet.  Now, most people know, understand, and apply this concept.

But what happens when you just get tired of eating salads all day?  Or your favorite foods just taste bland?

This is a time when a lot of people lose motivation!  You get tired of eating the same foods…

You get tired of the same old, bland, boring taste!

Well, fear not!  Today we have three spices that may not only kick it up a notch when it comes to flavor and taste, but may also encourage better fat loss:

1. Hot Sauce

Hot sauce is an easy way to spice up any meat.  You can use it on chicken, turkey, or even red meat.

Plus, it's perfect for boosting your fat loss.   Obviously hot sauce is made from hot peppers.   And you may probably know that hot peppers contain something called capsaicin.

Capsaicin has been shown to boost your fat burning by stimulating specific receptors in your your body that release fat cells for energy.

But, capsaicin goes one step further.  A recent study showed that people who used capsaicin in their lunch had lower ghrelin levels (appetite stimulant), and a boost in the satisfaction hormone GLP-1.

2. Garlic

Another jaw-dropping spice to use is garlic.

Now, garlic has been used for years for all type of things.  But not until recently has it been shown to possess tremendous fat burning ability.

According to some studies, garlic may STOP the process of making new fat cells (called adipogenesis).

Chop it, sauté it, top your fish with it.  No matter which way you use it, garlic is a much-needed spice for your fat loss.

3. Ginger

Another ancient spice, ginger has also been shown to boost your fat loss – leaving you leaner, trimmer, and toner than ever before.

Studies suggest that compounds – specifically found in ginger – may reduce potent inflammation markers which could boost your adiponectin levels.

Adiponectin, as you may know, is a potent adipokine released by your fat cells that may stimulate fat and calorie burning.

But, when you have the fire of inflammation coursing through your body, Adiponectin levels may be lower, resulting in your inability to burn greater amounts of fat.

Ginger, however, lowers inflammation and may stimulate the production and release of adiponectin by your fat cells.

The Three Spices YOU Need To Have

The theory that abs are made in the kitchen is very true.  Having the right diet may go a long way to better fat burning and a leaner, toner body.

But, if you want to take it one step further – and spice up your bland foods – then try including these three spices into your day.

Each spice contains potent compounds that may lead to greater fat loss, leaving you with the body of your dreams.
