All orders shipped to countries other than the United States and Canada will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are shipped to Canada via UPS and should arrive within 5-7 business days from the day it is shipped. Please note the amount listed in your Canadian shipping costs is for numerous customs fees and taxes that have been initiated by the Canadian government. There is no action required on your part. We will simply collect the fees and pay the appropriate agencies so you can receive your Prograde products as quickly as possible.
All other international orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 12-14 business days from the day it is shipped. Should your order not arrive after 14 business days please check with your local post office to see if they are able to locate your shipment before contacting us. If your local post office is unable to locate the package we will contact the shipper and open up a claim to have them search for your shipment. This could take anywhere from 30 to 60 days and no guarantee is given that the shipment will be found. No refunds will be issued during the claim period.
Due to various Customs policies, we cannot guarantee delivery for any orders outside of the United States, especially for orders of more than a 90 day supply of a specific product. If the customs office in your country does not deliver the shipment or returns your order to us - either because you did not have permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned or are undeliverable at the address provided. This means we will not be able to reship your order, should it not arrive. A refund will be issued as follows: We will take the total amount of your order and subtract your shipping charge. We will also subtract any other outside charges we may have incurred during shipping, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees, if applicable. Additionally, any duties and customs fees that may be due upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Each country has different laws and regulations regarding the purchase of products from other countries. You are responsible for making sure that buying nutritional supplements from the United States is allowed. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience.
Declaration of value and contents:
Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label (Airmail) or documents. Also, we label the contents as "Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use".
US mail (USPS) will require the fees before releasing the package. You may also have to pay import taxes, customs duty, or quarantine fees. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them by your local customs office. Please refer to your local Customs office for more details on Import taxes, etc.

Please make sure your shipping address and your phone number is full and complete and in English: The phone number may be used by USPS to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order. Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to banned / restricted products, a wrong address, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
For your protection and ours, it is important to make sure credit cards are being used by their proper owners. So, it is possible that international customers ordering more than $80.00 for the first time from jaylabpro.com may need to fax or email us information. If that is necessary, we will let you know by email. If so, we may need you to fax or email as an attachment the front page of your monthly credit card statement or bill. (This is the document that shows your charges for that month.) Another option is to send us a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a utility bill (water, electricity, or gas) that shows your shipping address.
Why do we take these steps? Unlike in the case of credit card purchases made by customers within the U.S., international orders cannot be verified electronically or by telephone. The extra step of faxing information is necessary for your protection and ours, to make sure you are the actual credit card holder. Are you a repeat customer? No fax will be needed.
Your privacy is assured. Please understand that we respect your privacy and have no interest in your personal spending habits. (We do not sell or distribute any of your personal information.) If you are sending us a copy of your credit card statement, you may delete any purchase history from this document if you like.
