I hate to say it, but we are getting older.

For every single day that passes by, you may notice another fine line…another wrinkle…or another gray hair poking its way through.

There is no doubt about it…

You and I both are under the grasps of Father time and there is not much we can do about it!

Wait…what’s that you say?  How do some people look fabulous all through life—even when they hit 80, 90, or even 100?

Well, let me tell you…

It has to do with the foods that they are eating!
