How To Get The BEST Sleep Ever (every night of your life)

It was a day I remembered very clearly…

I had just turned 32 a few days prior and was one my way to the gym to get in an intense leg workout.

I LOVED to do legs, so I knew something was up when I was changing in the locker room and all of a sudden my energy levels we gone.

Zero….zilch…no motivation to put on my sneakers, let alone go and workout.

I shrugged it off and laced up my sneakers for the workout.

But things got worse – before they got better…

I was dragging…I mean the zero coffee for a week type of drag that simply zaps your energy.

In fact, I think that I may have fallen asleep on the leg machine!

After that day – and trust me, it wasn’t a pretty day – I decided I needed to get checked out.

So, I went to my docs the next day and they ran some test.  The usual blood work: thyroid, blood cell counts, and hormone levels.

And to my surprise, a few days later the doctor called me with some pretty devastating news…

Low Testosterone and Energy

That’s right, I had low testosterone levels.   Not levels so low that I needed hormone replacement therapy, but low enough that they wanted to “watch it.”

So what did I do?

Well, I will tell you that I did my research…

I found out that nearly FIVE million men around the world have noticed “the change” in energy levels, stamina, and maybe even their sex drive.

Every day activities that should be no problem to do, were difficult and forget about going more than once in the bedroom.

And guess what?

These symptoms may have been present in the not-so-distant past, but are really impacting many men around the world sooner than expected.

You see, low testosterone – sometimes associated with hypogonadism – may start to decline with age.

What was once only seen in men that were 50 or 60, is now being seen in men as young at 20 and 30.

And it seems like it’s only going to get worse before it gets better!

Why is that?

Well, people – men especially – fall into these “traps” that zap their testosterone and rob them of their manhood

Literally – you are being robbed of the ONE THING that makes you a man – your testosterone!

So, if you’re serious about taking back your man card and getting back into the game, then you really need to AVOID these THREE every day issues:

1. You Overdo It – at Happy Hour That Is!

There’s nothing wrong with having a glass or wine or a beer at dinnertime...

BUT:

Having too much to drink could be absolutely KILLING your testosterone!

You see, alcohol – the main component in adult beverages (like I needed to tell you that) – may have the tendency to convert to estrogen in the body.

And when you have too much estrogen, you have a higher risk for decreasing testosterone levels.

Manboobs anyone?

I thought not!  The best advice here is to drink in moderation – like ONE or TWO glasses or beers a day – in order to keep your testosterone levels peaked.

2. Your Ever Expanding “Beer Belly”

How overweight are you?  Are you 10, 15, or 20 pounds overweight?

If so, than it your own damn fault that your testosterone levels are in the toilet.

Look, I hate to be honest, but being overweight really takes a toll on your testosterone levels – and its easily the most modifiable way that you have to give your T levels a boost.

Studies show that every 10 pounds of body fat – the “beer belly” for men – is associated with a noticeable increase in estrogen.

And as you saw before, too much estrogen lowers your testosterone levels – making it much harder to, well, get HARD.

So if you want to give your testosterone a boost: hit the gym, eat right, and shed some of that belly fat that you’ve been holding onto like a warm pillow.

3. You’re So Darn Stressed Out

Stress is a true killer of almost everything good that could happen in your body.

Stress has been linked to heart disease – and a handful of other conditions.

But here’s the deal:

Stress KILLS your testosterone!  You see, a study done in Texas showed that cortisol – the main hormone that is released during times of stress – may block one of the main effects of testosterone – dominance.

Simply put, when your stress levels are up – your testosterone is down.

Capice!
